Another location is the rich mans living room. This is where he briefs the killer. he tells him who he is killing and where he can find him.
The next location is in an alley way. this is where the final scene happens the killer chases down the suspect and finally catches him.

Costumes:
THE CONTRACT KILLER-
The killer will be wearing a casual adidas tracksuit.
This is so that he can blend in with pedestrians and because it allows him to not draw attention to himself.
we chose this outfit so that he is able to chase his victims comfortably. we though this look would be better than a suit or something more professional because it is not realistic.

What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this
product?
There are loads of different things you can do with technology nowadays in regards to making a film. Scenes can be cut and moved about; scenes can be slowed down or sped up for impact and variety in the techniques you use.
Music can be added to change the mood of the film for example to add tension, music is a very important in a film it allows the audience to feel the feeling you are portraying on the screen, it allows the audience to be apart of what you a trying to put across.
Imagery within a film is very important, for example you can use technology to film in a way that draws the audience in and opens there minds and makes them think about what they would do if they were in the same situation. Drawing the audience in is a massive part of making a great film, if the audience doesn’t feel involved then they are never going to feel influenced/attracted to watching your films.

6. Looking
back at your preliminary task (the continuity editing task), what do you feel you
have learnt in the progression from it to full product?
From our filming sessions we have learn a lot of different techniques, which make a film interesting and unique. There are loads of different techniques that we used within our film, for example:
Fade in / out shot
Tracking
Shot reverse shot
360 degree rule
And many more.
We have learnt how to go from basic straight filming to making a film to a professional level, the preliminary tasks helped a lot with this as it acted as a guide line for our filming; we used it as a list we simply followed the list every time we needed a new filming technique. Filming techniques have to be used when making a film; they add tension, drama and intensity.
Without filming techniques films become boring and useless for the audience, films are made for one purpose to entertain, and with a film that lacks drama there is no point in spending money producing a film that sends its audience to sleep.

How
did you attract/ address your target audience?
Mode of address – Adults can relate to the type of film and its storyline, as it involves sensitive scenes, which evoke the views emotions allowing them to connect with the film. The title ‘Revenge’ allows the audience to easily to relate to an emotion often felt and also allows them to identify that it is not always the best option.
The profile of the characters gives off an image of higher and lower class but portrayed by actors that you wouldn’t stereotypically put in those roles. The message of this being that class isn’t always determined by age or appearance.
The title of the film ‘Revenge’ matches the genre of film you’d expect to see, this is aimed at anyone who enjoys a thriller film, but with the plot twist, it attracts an audience that perhaps does not enjoy a conventional plot.

Who
is the main target audience for your product?
The target audience is anyone who enjoys a thriller film; the film itself has no target age or is targeted towards a specific gender, we planned this from the beginning as it would widen maximise our audience and as a low budget film, we needed to make sure we got the most amount of views possible. We made this possible by incorporating factors that would appeal to the majority of the audience, again maximising our views and potential revenue.

Filming techniques that we used in our opening sequence that worked well and why.... No. 2
we also used a technique called the a fade in or out shot. This technique is used to add variety to our opening sequence, when the camera starts off blurry then focuses on one person/object it give you a sense of mistery and then in picks out they detail you want to be the main point of the scene.
If the main focus of the scene is a person, then it gives that person/character a certain persona...

Filming techniques that we thought worked for our opening sequenece and why... No. 1
In our opening sequence we used alot of different filming techniques to make it interesting and unique....and most importantly to entertain the audience and keeping them engaged.
shot reverse shot, we used this technique to show a convostation, the camera angle goes from one persons point of view to the other. this technique is used to create a flowing convosation; it allows the audience to follow the convosation easily without thinking (doesnt confuse them) shot reverse shot is the best technique for a convosation because of its flowing nature.
