5. How did you attract/ address your target audience?

Mode of address – Adults can relate to the type of film and its storyline, as it involves sensitive scenes, which evoke the views emotions allowing them to connect with the film. The title ‘Revenge’ allows the audience to easily to relate to an emotion often felt and also allows them to identify that it is not always the best option.

The profile of the characters gives off an image of higher and lower class but portrayed by actors that you wouldn’t stereotypically put in those roles. The message of this being that class isn’t always determined by age or appearance.

The title of the film ‘Revenge’ matches the genre of film you’d expect to see, this is aimed at anyone who enjoys a thriller film, but with the plot twist, it attracts an audience that perhaps does not enjoy a conventional plot.
